I welcome you to Primal Awakening, a space that has been carefully crafted to provide a nurturing environment for you to reconnect with your true self.

In recent years, there has been too much noise and distraction that has prevented us from listening to our intuition and addressing our own healing. And so after recognising this deeply, I felt a calling to help. Feeling unfulfilled after years in the corporate world, I'm now motivated to create a more personal impact and help others in a meaningful way. This is why I created Primal Awakening.

The intention behind Primal Awakening is to support you in discovering your true calling by turning inward. Simply taking a moment to pause and reflect can be the first step in this journey of rediscovery and healing. I hold the belief that we each have the innate ability to heal, and possess all that we need within ourselves to do so. Primal Awakening provides offerings such as Sound Healing and Sound Baths, Breathwork, Meditation, Ceremonies, and Retreats to support you in your journey.

It is an honour for me to follow my hearts calling, to be your guide, to walk by your side, and to facilitate your journey of healing, of remembering and of connecting back home to yourself.
