Community Sound Bath in the Park
An open-air sound bath in nature for groundedness, connection, and the space to simply slow down.
Join us for a community sound bath held at Orleigh Park West End, where we gather in nature to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
This is a space for rest, for presence, and for gentle connection - with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.
Through the immersive sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, and grounding guidance, you’ll be invited to drop out of the mind and into the body… allowing your nervous system to settle and your energy to realign.
This is a pay-what-you-feel offering, created to be accessible and inclusive for all.
Come as you are, no experience needed.
During the session, you can expect:
- A short guided meditation to ground and set intention
- A restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and gongs
- Time to simply rest, receive, and be held in the space
- Gentle community connection before and after the session
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
- Pillow/eye mask (optional but recommended)
- Water bottle
- Anything to help you feel cosy and supported
- The mornings can be brisk, so a jumper or blanket is recommended
