What's the refund policy?

There are no refunds allowed for this event but the ticket(s)  is/are completely transferrable to another participant(s) for the same event date.

Is the event cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

No, we have provision for all guests to be able to practice yoga undercover should the weather forecast indicate rain.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Please email us at least 48 hours prior to the event to let us know of any special considerations that need to be allowed for including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.

What do I need to bring to the event?

Accepted Answer

You will need to provide your own yoga mat. We suggest you bring a water bottle. a couple of light layers of clothing are ideal for most weather conditions.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Accepted Answer

Minimum Age Requirement is 15.  Young children cannot be accommodated and there are no child-minding facilities.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is no public transport available to the venue. There is ample free parking onsite

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have a list of all paid participants.
