Willoughby City Council invites you to join our National Reconciliation Week 2026 celebration.
National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to reflect on our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and to consider how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation.
The 2026 theme, 'All In', calls on all Australians to commit to reconciliation each day.
Event program
• Keynote address by Elder Susan Moylan-Coombs.
• Truth-telling and yarning circle, providing an opportunity for open and respectful dialogue in a culturally safe and inclusive environment.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Council encourages community members to attend and participate in this important opportunity to reflect, connect and support reconciliation.
Bookings are essential as places are limited.
This event forms part of Council’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and is presented in conjunction with the Gai-mariagal Festival.
