What' SUP Community Event

Trash Bags On Tour is an education program that offers day outings, community events, corporate social responsiblity days and educational discussions related to personal waste reduction. We couplethe education with fun and engaging activites like beach clean ups and tree planting and host these activities in beautiful popular tourist spots.

Come and get active on the water with a Stand Up Paddleboard lesson, then partake in a much needed beach clean and sort.

What´ SUP water explorers? How does starting your day on a Stand Up Paddleboard out in the heart of Port Phillip Bay followed by a purposeful beach clean up sound to you?Join us on Saturday 13th March at 9am and be part of the feel good vibes, as you do good for yourself and for Mother Nature!If you’re a pro SUP-er or a newbie, this day is for you! You’ll have an instructor show you the ropes on the board and then time to explore the waters wonders, you might even see a dolphin! After our play on the bay we will conduct a beach clean up and sort. Once the sorting station is complete please feel free to join us for a BYO picnic lunch. Ticket prices include a donation to the Seaweed Regeneration program, happening in Tasmania, plus you’re helping a not-for-profit run events like these to make a greater impact. As part of COVID safe plan, please bring your own:GlovesBag for rubbishWater bottle (it’ll most likely be hot, so be sure it’s full!)Suncream HatBeach safe shoesIf you can’t make the date, but love the idea, please share this far and wide.. The more people.. The bigger the impact!Terms and Conditions:Weather does play a big factor in these events as you can imagine. If winds are over 15knots the SUP will be cancelled. If rain is over 6ml OR temperature is above +35 degrees, the clean and sort will be cancelled. In the case of the organiser cancelling this event we will refund you 100%. Cancellations by the guest will be 100% refunded if cancelled outside of 7 days prior to event Cancellations by the guest will be at a loss of 50% if cancelled up until Tuesday 9th March 5pm AEST. Cancellations after 5pm Tuesday 9th March will be at a loss of 100% of the ticket.
