Under the Tuscan Sun, is a gourmet three-course dinner in our very own training restaurant.Arrival: 6:30pmLocation: Pavilion Restaurant, 35 Kendrew Crescent, Joondalup WA 6027Date: Thursday, 22 April 2021Entrée Roasted carrot &amp; coriander soup with dukkha damper &amp; sour cream.Mains (alternate drop)Basil crusted lamb rump with provencal vegetable cassoulet, game chips.Seared salmon fillet with broccolini, mustard mash &amp; sauce béarnaise.Vegetarian (for this option please select vegetarian on ticket information)Gnocci with roasted pumpkin, ricotta, and pinenuts.DessertChocolate brownie with coconut ice-cream.Dietary requirements will be accommodated as much as possible. Unfortunately we cannot provide any refunds for this event.All funds raised from the evening will benefit future event management students’ charity events.
