What's the best way to get to The Star Gold Coast?

Whilst we do have onsite parking (fees may apply), due to the nature of this event we encourage you to go public - transport, that is. Catch the G-Link to Broadbeach or Uber/Didi/Taxi to The Star Grand.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We have a number of car parking bays available for wheelchair access vehicles. Our lifts and restrooms are also fully accessible. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please email our friendly team at stargcdining.com.au.

Wil there be other food & drinks available?

Accepted Answer

Definitely. We will have our food outlets open across property for a quick bite, or a full seated meal, whatever your stomach desires. We will also have a range of beers, wines and soft drinks available for purchase throughout the event.

Question 4

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Accepted Answer

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event, including no-shows. Booking cancellations made after the event is sold out will not be refunded. If The Star cancels the event for any reason all monies will be refunded.
