A delicious day of Italian cooking
Passionate foodie Sioban relishes the chance to share her love of Italian cuisine at her Yallingup cooking school. Join her for some serious fun as you learn the secrets to preparing fabulous dishes from one of the world’s great culinary traditions. Sioban trained as a chef under Neil Perry and worked in Sydney before traveling to Tuscany in 2001 to live and chef there.
Since 2012 Sioban has split her time living between Yallingup where she owns and runs an accommodation place and cooking school and living in Tuscany where she conducts small – personalised weekly tours.
Sioban shares some of her favourite Tuscan recipes, including slow roast meats, beautiful salads, pasta, canapes and dessert. She has a reputation for exceptional service and hospitality in her Australian accommodation and cooking schools and Tuscan tours.

Bring your friends or make some new foodie connections. We limit the schools to 10 participants and offer private schools for groups of 10 friends.
