From January 18–22, 2027, this unique conference welcomes all medical and health professionals, with sessions covering the latest in emergency care. While the content is most relevant to those working in pre-hospital and acute care settings, everyone is welcome to attend.

Exclusive Accommodation & Free Lift Passes
EMS Conferences in collaboration with Ski Japan have held accommodation at Rusutsu Resort, and the surrounding area. They currently have an earlybird deal exclusive to our group that is better than the public can access.
This includes the best room rate, breakfast and free lift passes (at Rusutsu Resort / standard room only). The resort usually becomes fully booked by August (if not sooner) and the early bird rooms fully booked by July so please secure your accommodation ASAP.
Conditions:*
?Family and friends are welcome to take advantage of the deal but you must have at least 1 conference participant per room (up to 4 people in a standard room)
?Bookings to be made before Aug 12th, 2026 (with Ski Japan)
?Minimum 6 night stay at Rusutsu Resort (standard room)
? Subject to availability (early bird rooms booked out in July last year)
? Epic Pass holders can choose 10% off the room rate instead of the free lift passes
