About this event
Visit us for an immersive experience and explore more than 100 years of Air Force history, at the birthplace of military aviation in Australia: Point Cook.
Join us on a journey through the decades. Hear the stories of our people surrounded by the aircraft they supported and flew. Learn about our beginnings in the Australian Flying Corps before and during the First World War, the courage of our Second World War aviators, and the service of thousands of men and women to our nation at home and abroad in times of peace and war.
The RAAF Museum is open on Thursdays and Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm.
Bookings are compulsory for all attendees. Incomplete bookings and unregistered visitors cannot be accepted. Please ensure full names of all attendees are individually listed when booking.
What to expect on upon arrival and while on base
The RAAF Museum is located on an access-controlled RAAF base. Visitors will need to comply with all entry requirements.
On arrival to RAAF Base Point Cook security gate, please present your:

After clearance by base security staff, visitors will be directed to the RAAF Museum carpark. The carpark is located approximately 400m down the entry road on the right-hand side and clearly marked. Please do not attempt to park elsewhere unless specifically instructed. Museum staff will greet and direct you to parking upon arrival at the correct area.
