Art of Nude is a one-day lighting bootcamp designed for photographers who want to move beyond simply photographing a model and start creating images with shape, mood, structure and visual purpose.

Across this long, intensive day, we will explore how light transforms the body — how it reveals, conceals, sculpts, softens, sharpens and gives the nude form its artistic presence.

This is not a casual shoot day. It is a structured learning experience built around lighting, direction, composition and refined visual control. You will work through a series of carefully designed nude photography lighting setups, each one focused on a different creative language and visual outcome.

What We Will Cover

Low Key Nudes
Working with shadow, contrast and selective illumination to create dramatic, sculptural and emotionally powerful nude images with "one light" and "two light" setups.

Body Scapes
Using light, angle and framing to turn the body into form, shape, line and abstraction — focusing on curves, contours, texture and negative space.

High Key Nudes
Creating clean, bright, refined images with soft tonal transitions, controlled highlights and a lighter editorial feel with "one light" and "three light" setups.

Fashion Nudes
Blending nude photography with editorial styling, attitude, posture and high-fashion visual direction.

Beauty Nudes
Working with softness, skin, face, expression, hands, hair, posture and controlled lighting to create elegant beauty-led nude portraits.

Classic Art Nudes
Exploring timeless fine-art approaches inspired by sculpture, painting, classical posing, chiaroscuro, balance and restraint.

How the Day Works

This bootcamp is designed as a practical, guided learning day. You will observe lighting demonstrations, understand why each setup works, see how small adjustments change the final image, and then shoot under the guidance of our mentor.

The focus is not on taking hundreds of random images. Instead, the focus is on learning how to build an image deliberately — choosing the light, shaping the body, directing the pose, refining the frame and understanding the mood before pressing the shutter.

You will learn how to look at the nude form through light, not just through the lens.

This is for photographers who want more than a model shoot. It is for those who want to understand lighting, form, elegance, restraint and artistic control in nude photography. Spaces are limited to preserve the quality of instruction, shooting time and personal attention.
