Join us to learn how to cook delicious, authentic cultural dishes with our wonderful volunteer chef.
Loaded with fresh herbs, kuku sabzi is a classic Persian frittata that's easy and delicious. It is traditionally served during Nowruz, the Persian New Year celebration held in spring.
​Our trained volunteer chef will demonstrate cooking techniques, and you will have the opportunity to sample the freshly cooked dish.
