Mantras are sacred sounds known for their ability to calm the mind and uplift the heart. When we sing or listen to these sounds together with live music in a relaxed and welcoming environment, it naturally creates a sense of peace, connection, and inner joy — while gently nourishing our deeper need for happiness, freedom from fear, and spiritual connection.

Whether you’d like to sing along, listen quietly, sway gently to the music, dance if you feel inspired, or simply soak in the atmosphere, this evening offers a beautiful space to unwind, reconnect, and experience the joy of mantra meditation together.

The evening includes:

• Gentle breathwork and mindfulness to help you settle and relax

• Mantra meditation and live kirtan music

• Time for reflection and connection

• A delicious vegetarian/vegan treat

No experience is needed — everyone is welcome.
