During this activity, you will be given the chance to rotate through different tasks: washing pots, filling pots with soil & transplanting seedlings of our koala trees for the year: River Red Gums, Grey Box & Red Box gum trees and others. Our team will look after them until they are big enough to be planted by our volunteers in the winter months (June, July & August) around a river near the You Yangs, so that Koala babies can have a home!Join us on a special edition of our Koala Conservation Days and be prepared to get your hands dirty. It's fun and easy, and everyone can help - no matter how old you are!Transplanting is very rewarding and requires no experience at all. This activity takes up most of the day.
