Deep House Yoga Project - Mondays with a Twist 

Deep House Yoga Project are long-time soul sisters, collaborators & lovers of bends & beats.Celtic duo Saoirse Connolly and Jen Stallard curate classes anywhere from underground nightclubs like Civic Underground to open air rooftops like The Glenmore Hotel and aim to awaken joy, love and connection everywhere they go.Wherever they lay their mat (and can find a pumping sound system) that’s their home.They merge theancient tradition of yoga with the sounds of today's underground, adding a bit of oomph to your OM ;)Expect to be taken on a journey of the senses via a juicy vinyasa flow set to a live spine-tingling sound track intricately woven into each breath and movement to create a powerful and uplifting experience.They are a staple at NSW’s premier music festivals such as Subsonic and Lost Paradise and this year return to the ultimate playground, Burning Man.
