Restorative Flow Breathwork Community Event
Join us for a refreshing community breathwork session at Centennial Park! This breathwork event offers a peaceful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and nature in one of our city's most beautiful green spaces.
What to Expect:Our guided breathwork session follows a carefully designed flow to help you transition from daily stress into a deep parasympathetic (rest and digest) state:
- Grounding & Centering- Begin with mindfulness and grounding breathing techniques based on science
- Activation Phase- Progress to more dynamic breathing patterns with faster inhales/exhales to release tension and energy blockages
- Transformation- Experience guided breath holds following activated breaths to promote cellular oxygenation and mental clarity
- Integration- Transition to extended exhales and coherent breathing ratios (inhale 4, exhale 6) to activate the vagus nerve
- Deep Restoration- Close with extremely slow, diaphragmatic breathing to fully engage your parasympathetic nervous system
This 45-minute practice is accessible to most levels and requires no previous experience.
