With Christmas just around the corner, Haig Park Village Markets will be getting Braddon into the festive spirit with their very own Christmas Village Markets throughout December, with cheerfully themed market days on 5, 12 &amp; 19 December 2021.
Whether it&#x27;s meeting Santa, having a relaxing drink and picnic with loved ones or shopping for that perfect gift from local Canberra makers, we have you covered.
Imagine a Summer Festive Drinks Garden, live Christmas carols performed by the Canberra Chordsmen a cappella chorus, Christmas medleys by the string quintet Scribly Strings, and Christmas themed market stalls combining to delight your senses. Culinary delicacies from around the region, fresh produce, Christmas hams, artisan products, mince pies, puddings, handmade jewellery, Christmas decorations and more - all of which will be setting the scene for a magical festive Christmas experience amongst the pines of Haig Park. 
Kids can craft their own gingerbread ornaments to hang on the tree or see the big man in red himself. Why not sit back with a beer, wine or G&amp;T and take it easy in the summer breeze, listening to a talented lineup of local musicians with a charcuterie or cheese board. 
Starting from 9:00am until 2:00pm, the market will be hosting an array of new Christmas inspired stalls in addition to its regular high-quality local farmers and producers. The markets will be the best place to find original Christmas gifts with stalls offering lovingly handcrafted goods, we invite you to stroll, shop and explore while enjoying the delightful atmosphere.
