Hold on to your cloches and hang on to your toques - Chefs in the City Finale is back for 2016! Join us on Thursday 3rd November for the biggest dinner party of the year. 
Hosted by Spicers Retreats Group Sommelier Peter Marchant, the Finale will be bigger and better than ever. 2016 sees us move to Moda Events Portside at Hamilton, with a larger capacity and the spectacular river and city backdrop.  
With a seven course degustation and matched wines on the menu, this event is sure to be a highlight of the Australian food calendar. All six of our regional chefs will be returning, along with Balfour Kitchen Head Chef Will Wallace, each bringing the very best of their culinary prowess. With 7 Chef Hats between them, plus numerous other awards, the 2016 Chefs in the City Finale will be unforgettable.
