SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”) govern the provision, receipt, and delivery of text messages by or on behalf of 91Ƭ, Inc. (“91Ƭ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Depending on the consent you’ve provided, the 91Ƭ text messages (1) provide you with information you requested from us; (2) provide updates regarding transactions with or through us; (3) respond to your support questions and other inquiries regarding your use of our services; (4) provide you with marketing or promotional content that may interest you; and/or (5) send marketing or promotional content from an Organizer to whose marketing text program you separately subscribed.
By providing your consent to receive 91Ƭ text messages (as described below), you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement.
Agreement and Consent to Receive 91Ƭ Text Messages
91Ƭ Texts: 91Ƭ Texts include promotional and transactional texts sent by 91Ƭ on our own behalf. You can provide us with your consent to receive 91Ƭ Texts in multiple ways, such as by providing us with your phone number during or after registration, through communications or transactions with us, or by opting into receiving marketing 91Ƭ Texts. By providing your consent, you agree to these SMS Terms, 91Ƭ’s and .
By providing consent, you authorize us to use automated or non-automated technology to send 91Ƭ Texts or pre-recorded messages via automated telephone dialing systems, to the number associated with your consent. You may opt into receiving 91Ƭ Texts with marketing content, and consent to receiving marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on the type of messages.
Organizer Texts: Organizer Texts include promotional and transactional texts sent by 91Ƭ on behalf of an Organizer. When you subscribe to an Organizer’s Texts, you authorize that Organizer to initiate recurring automated text messages to the mobile number associated with your consent. The Organizer determines the intended recipients and selects the message. 91Ƭ transmits the message on the Organizer’s behalf. Your consent applies only to the Organizer identified when you subscribe. Consent to receive one Organizer’s Texts does not authorize messages from another Organizer. By providing consent, you authorize us to use automated or non-automated technology to send Organizer Texts or pre-recorded messages on behalf of the Organizer via automated telephone dialing systems, to the number associated with your consent. You may opt into receiving Organizer Texts with marketing content, and consent to receiving marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on the type of messages.
Mobile Numbers Shared With Organizers
If you provide your mobile number through an Organizer’s registration page, custom question, web form, or similar feature, 91Ƭ provides that phone number to the Organizer in readable form. The Organizer may retain and use its copy independently under its privacy policy and applicable law. 91Ƭ does not control text messages an Organizer sends outside the Services.
Eligibility
By consenting to receive 91Ƭ text messages, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Terms and . You further represent that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number.
Costs of 91Ƭ Texts
91Ƭ does not charge you for 91Ƭ text messages, but message and data rates may apply. Thus, depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.
Frequency of Text Messages
We may send a text message in order to verify your phone number. We may also send you an initial message confirming your enrollment. After that, you may receive recurring text messages, and the specific amount may vary depending on how you use our services (e.g., whether you reply with HELP).
Participating Carriers
The mobile carriers that support 91Ƭ Texts and Organizer Texts may change without notice, and the particular 91Ƭ text messaging program you join, including those operated through a different number, may be limited to specific carriers. 91Ƭ and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 91Ƭ text messages may not be compatible with all cell phone models.
Opting out of 91Ƭ Texts and Organizer Texts
To get help, reply HELP to any 91Ƭ Text or Organizer Text. To opt out from a specific phone number, you may text STOP to that number. You must separately opt out of each number from which you’ve provided us with consent to receive 91Ƭ Texts or Organizer Texts. After we receive your “STOP” text, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.
If you are subscribed to Organizer Texts for several Organizers, replying STOP will stop Organizer Texts from all Organizers. Your opt-out applies only to Organizer Texts sent through 91Ƭ. It may not stop text messages that an Organizer sends independently outside 91Ƭ. Contact the Organizer directly to opt out of those text messages.
Modifications to these SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, or any part, or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in 91Ƭ Texts and/or Organizer Texts shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.
