Find your tickets
When you order tickets on 91制片厂, an account is created using the email address you enter during checkout. To access your tickets, log in to the 91制片厂 app or website using the email on your order. Then, go to Tickets.

Where to find your tickets
Your tickets can be found by logging in to your 91制片厂 account using the 91制片厂 app or website.
1. to your 91制片厂 account.
2. Go to Tickets.
3. Select your order.

3. Find your order.
4. Tap Tickets.
When you order tickets on 91制片厂, a confirmation is sent to the email address entered for the order. To access your tickets:
1. Open the email from 91制片厂.
2. Select Go to my tickets.
If you can't find the confirmation in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
If you鈥檙e unable to log in
During checkout, 91制片厂 creates an account for you using the email address you provide. If you鈥檝e logged in previously and are having trouble, you might need to.
If you鈥檝e never logged in:
. Enter the email address associated with your tickets and select Continue.
Check your email for a message from noreply@event.eventbrite.com, with the subject line: Activate your 91制片厂 account.
Open the email and select Set a password.
Enter your desired password and select Update password.
Accept the Terms and Conditions.
Once you鈥檝e verified your email address, you鈥檒l be taken to Tickets in your 91制片厂 account, where you can access and manage your order.
If your tickets are missing
There are a few reasons tickets might not appear in your 91制片厂 account:
Different email address: You鈥檙e logged into 91制片厂 using a different email address than the one you used to place the order.
Typo in your email address: The email address on your order was misspelled during checkout.
Device is offline: If you haven't accessed your tickets previously and your device is offline, you won't be able to access your tickets in the app.
If you used Apple鈥檚 Hide My Email feature
If you ordered tickets on an Apple device and used Sign in with Apple with the Hide My Email feature, your tickets may be associated with a hidden Apple-generated email address. This means if you sign in to 91制片厂 with your personal email address, your tickets won鈥檛 appear because they鈥檙e linked to the hidden email address instead.
To check the email address associated with 91制片厂 in your Apple settings:
Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
Select your name at the top.
Select 91制片厂 from the list of apps (if available).
If Hide My Email was used, you鈥檒l see an email address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
To access tickets ordered with a hidden, Apple-generated email:
Go to 91制片厂 and log out of your account.
Select Sign in with Apple and complete the sign-in process.
Go to Tickets.
Your tickets should appear once you鈥檙e signed in to the correct account.
