EU DSA Statement

We continually invest in our policies, products and services to support the safety and wellbeing of our community because it鈥檚 the right thing for our users, and we view the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) as a continuation of our commitment to being a trusted events discovery marketplace.

The DSA aims to create a safe and trustworthy digital space for users across online platforms, establishing a single set of rules across the EU鈥檚 Member States that govern online platforms鈥 transparency and accountability obligations.

At 91制片厂, we provide you with tools and processes to help you report any content that you think may be illegal in the European Union or in violation of our . Reporting directly through our enables us to efficiently review the material at issue.

Information on 91制片厂 Users in the EU

As of December 2025, we calculated, according to the guidance in Article 24(2) and Recital 77 of the DSA, that 91制片厂 has on average less than half of the 45 million threshold of active recipients in the EU for being designated as a Very Large Online Platform (VLOP).

Disputes About User Content and Accounts

The DSA provides opportunities to dispute certain decisions that online platforms like ours make about content and user accounts. If you believe we've mistakenly taken action on your account or reported content, you can appeal our decision.

In addition, you can contact a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body to help resolve any dispute with us relating to our actions on your account or reported content, including if you disagree with the outcome of an appeal. The will maintain a website listing the available settlement bodies as they become certified. Decisions by out-of-court dispute settlement bodies are not binding on you or on 91制片厂.

Within and beyond the framework of the DSA, 91制片厂 will continue to work on ways to provide a positive experience, give our creators and event-goers more control, and build on our transparency measures to further our goal of creating a trusted events marketplace.
