Claim tickets that someone else ordered for you
If someone ordered a ticket for you, claim it by clicking "Claim Your Order" in the email you received from 91制片厂. You'll be taken to 91制片厂 to log in or set a password. Once claimed, you can access your ticket any time online in your 91制片厂 account (under 鈥淭ickets鈥) or in the 91制片厂 app.

Check your email for a message听from noreply@order.eventbrite.com. Then open the email and click 鈥淐laim your order鈥. You鈥檒l be taken to 91制片厂 to login or set a password.
2. Log in or sign up for your free 91制片厂 account.
If you already have an 91制片厂 account under the email address used for the order,听. If you don鈥檛 already have an account, one will be created under the email address used for听the order. You鈥檒l need to set a password to claim your ticket(s). Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and are case sensitive.

Once you're logged in to your 91制片厂 account, you鈥檒l be taken to your . Keep in mind that some organizers choose to disable PDF tickets, so you may not see a link to view or print your tickets if that鈥檚 the case.
