PayPal availability

PayPal may be available when you that isn't supported by 91��Ƭ�� Payment Processing. For some countries and currencies, PayPal is the only option for payment processing.

Limitations when using PayPal

Some 91��Ƭ�� features aren’t available when you use PayPal to process payments. Make sure you’re aware of the following limitations:

Set up PayPal for payouts

To set up payouts with PayPal from your 91��Ƭ�� account:

Go to and select the event. If it’s not listed, check under ‘Upcoming events’ or ‘Drafts.’��
Go to Payments & tax, then select Payment options.
Use the dropdown to select your payout country. This should match your bank’s location.
Choose the currency attendees will use. If 91��Ƭ�� Payment Processing isn’t available for your selection, PayPal will be automatically selected as your payment processor.
Enter your PayPal email address. Your PayPal account must be a .
Select Save to confirm your selections.

Make sure you after it's created. If an account remains unverified, funds will be automatically returned to ticket buyers after 30 days.

How fees and invoices work with PayPal

Attendees pay 91��Ƭ��’s when buying tickets. When you use PayPal, you’re required to pay monthly invoices to cover the cost of the 91��Ƭ�� Service fee.

PayPal charges you a processing fee

PayPal has a payment processing fee for each transaction. This fee is deducted automatically from your funds before they are available in your PayPal account.

Consider PayPal’s processing fee when setting your ticket prices—you may want to increase prices slightly so that the fee has less of an impact on your payout amount.

Attendees pay Service Fees, and 91��Ƭ�� sends you an invoice

With PayPal, the is still collected from attendees at checkout. However, rather than being sent to 91��Ƭ��, the fees are sent to your PayPal account along with your ticket sales.��

To collect the Service Fees, 91��Ƭ�� will send you an invoice on the first of each month that covers the fees for all orders from the previous month.

You pay the 91��Ƭ�� invoice

You have 30 days to pay the invoice. Reminder emails will be sent as the due date approaches.

If you don’t pay your invoice on time, your 91��Ƭ�� account may be suspended. To avoid disruption, pay as soon as possible.

To pay your invoice from your 91��Ƭ�� account:

If you would like to review the invoice before paying, select an invoice number to view the events included. You can select an event’s name for an overview of all orders and fees, any refunds you've processed, and charges or credits applied to your account.

You can pay your invoice using PayPal. Other accepted payment methods include:

Debit or credit card, if your event currency is either USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, or NZD
Personal check, if your event currency is USD

For payment with a personal check, write your invoice number on the check and mail it to:��

Once mailed, checks are typically processed by 91��Ƭ�� within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it’s been processed.

Troubleshoot missing PayPal funds

If you’ve sold tickets but don’t have funds in your PayPal account, here are some things to check before you :

To make sure the email you entered is correct:

Using the left-hand menu, select Payments & tax.
Select Payment options.
Check the PayPal email listed for typos or errors. If the email address is incorrect, write it down for reference, then correct it and save your changes.
