Turn off ticket changes
The Ticket changes feature lets attendees change their registration to another ticket or event. If you've enabled ticket changes for your event, but want to disable, return to your event dashboard and select Ticket changes (under Order Options). Then choose No changes and select Save.

Turning off ticket changes won鈥檛 erase the any custom ticket change settings you selected. While they won鈥檛 be active, your settings are preserved in case you decide to turn ticket changes back on at a later date.
