Attendees pay Ticketing Fees

When you sell tickets, add-ons, or accept donations, your attendees pay 91��Ƭ��’s at checkout. If you prefer, you can choose to cover these fees yourself when setting up your ticket types. There are no fees for free tickets.

Paid marketing tools are optional

91��Ƭ�� offers a variety of marketing tools, including paid options for organizers aiming to increase attendance and profitability:

Pro plan

The Pro plan is ideal for expanding your email marketing reach. Without a Pro subscription, you’re limited to sending 250 marketing emails per day. A Pro plan allows you to reach a broader audience with higher daily send limits.

Pro plan pricing

Pro plans are offered as a monthly or annual subscription, with pricing based on the number of daily marketing emails you wish to send.

You get a 20% discount if you choose an annual subscription.

Nonprofit pricing for Pro plans

Qualifying organizers can receive on the Pro plan. To determine if you qualify, 91��Ƭ�� requires you to fill out an application. If approved, your discount will apply to future plan charges.

Cancel your Pro plan

If you would like to cancel your Pro plan:

1. Go to your.

2. Select Plan management.

3. Select Cancel subscription.

Your subscription will still be active until the end of your current billing cycle, but you won't be charged again.

If you signed up for a Pro plan within the last 14 days, you may also request a refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, complete and submit the.

Declined cards and payment issues

If there is an issue with your payment method, you can update it by taking the following steps:

1. Go to.

2. Select Plan management.

3. Confirm that there's an error message related to your payment method.

4. Select Confirm payment on Stripe.

5. Update your payment information.

NOTE: A different error message may appear if there's a different issue with your account. Either way, follow the steps provided to resolve the issue.

View your billing history

To view and download your plan billing history:

1. Go to.

2. Select Plan management.

3. Locate Billing history, then select Download CSV.

This downloads a CSV file with important information about your payment plan, including:

• id: Your invoice ID

• created_at: The date your invoice was issued

• status: Your current invoice status (paid or open)

• amount: The total amount of your invoice

• invoice_pdf: A link to download a PDF copy of this invoice

If the invoice is unpaid because of a declined charge, the invoice_pdf link will let you pay the invoice.

2. Select Pay online.

3. Fill out your payment information.
