How your event attendees access their tickets has changed.
Event-goers will no longer receive PDF tickets via their order confirmation and reminder emails. Instead, they can access their tickets through the 91制片厂 mobile app, where options such as 鈥楢dd to Apple Wallet鈥� and saving tickets as images are available.
If needed, attendees can still access their PDF tickets by logging into their 91制片厂 account via聽. Alternatively, attendees can also access their tickets via the 鈥淔ind my tickets鈥� search function located at the top right of the 91制片厂 home page (if the attendee is not logged in).
Here’s everything you and your guests need to know about accessing their tickets.
Accessing tickets from your email
91制片厂 will send you two emails (order confirmation and reminder email) with a link to access your tickets through the mobile app:

Accessing your tickets on a mobile device
To access tickets on the 91制片厂 app:
- Download the 91制片厂 app from the or the .
- Once you have the 91制片厂 downloaded, you can login (if you already have an 91制片厂 account) or create an account. Note: you will need to create an account with the same email you used when purchasing your ticket(s).
- Once logged in, visit the ticket tab in the bottom menu which will show you all of your available orders.
- Select the order you want to access the ticket(s) for.

Accessing your tickets on desktop
Option 1: Log in to access
- Log in to or sign up for an account. Note: you will need to create an account with the same email you used when purchasing your ticket(s).
- Once logged in. Click the menu on the top right and select ‘Tickets’.
- Select the order you want to access the ticket(s) for
- Click ‘Print Tickets’, which will download the PDF ticket to your device.
Option 2: Search using ‘find my tickets’
- Navigate to and select the 鈥淔ind my tickets鈥� button at the top right of the 91制片厂 home page (eventbrite.com). Note that this button will only appear if you are not yet signed in.
- Enter your email to gain access to your account. From there, you will receive an email from 91制片厂 that will automatically log you in and direct you to your 鈥淥rders鈥� page where you will find your tickets.
- Select the order you want to access the ticket(s) for.
- Click 鈥楶rint Tickets鈥�, which will download the PDF ticket to your device.
If you do not know the email address used to purchase the ticket
- Follow the 鈥淔ind my tickets鈥� flow as mentioned above. If the email you entered is not recognized, the option to 鈥淟ook up tickets another way鈥� will appear.
- From there, you will be prompted to answer a number of security questions to confirm your identity and help you regain access to your account.
